Sketch is surfing on the Rocket Writer above Aeth City, when he suddenly hears a ringing sound down below.
He swings down and notices huge amounts of money floating in the air. He goes inside the bank and sees only a small pile of fire. He uses a Blue Magic Colored Pencil to draw water droplets and extinguishes the fire. He goes inside the vault and sees a HUGE fire inside the vault with all the money missing. He takes out a red, white, and black colored pencils. He draws a fire extinguisher and stops the fire.
Sketch goes outside of the bank, and sees a red and black figure with money flying close to him. He notices that the figure is wearing armor. The figure notices Sketch, and introducing himself as Victor.
